Monday 10 i was fly to “flughafen münchen” (munchen airport) to participate in the electronica 2008 trade show. I bought my pass 2 months ago. Also i was invited to participate in the texas instrument design conference in the wednesday 12 of november.
Munich it’s i think the most engineering and informatic city in Germany, it has a the Microsoft headquarters near the airport. It’s near from Nuremberg where every year do it the embedded trade show. The two cities are the pole of electronic inovation of Germany.
Every two years munich hotels are collapsed by executives of diferents firms to see the most innovations in the electronics, vision interfaces, battery suppliers and the third parties industries involved in the electronics (pcbs design machinery vendors, debugging tools, analizers tools, etc).
This year was the firsts that have a new show named hidrica (industries that mix the silicon and the plastics technologies).
I want to share with you that munchen are a lovely city and the bavarian people are very kind and correct people, and you can comunicate with them in english.

Electronica 2008 entrance in the messe munchen international. The messe munchen international it’s in the east of the city, outside munich. But it’s connect with the city with the U2 subway line (U Bahn).
Tuesday was a very sunny day in munich.
