Arm technology trainning

I am evaluating this year do a trainning in ARM.  My interest is in Cortex but maybe i need do AMR7 or ARM9 trainning first

I was searching in the ARM website and i found a Certified trainner who is near from Barcelona and has a office in Barcelona too.
